This company is GREAT!! I bought a mobile recently and the previous owners could've taken better car of the place. I had a faucet that needed replacing. They did a great job. A couple months after for some reason it was leaking so they came back and fixed it under warranty. They also woke RC with me on doing some work under the house with the piers and clips and balancing, also secured some of the duct work and dryer vents that were in need of some help. Thank you for your great affordable work. They worked with me on timing of the work based on what was most important and what I could afford.

I live in The Lakes at Hemet West, a 55+ senior mobile home community park. I have used Community Mobile Home Services four times over the past several years and have found the company to provide excellent service. They understand what is needed to do the job completely and correctly. No short cuts. No cheap materials. They guarantee their work. The one time they did some plumbing for me under the kitchen sink and it developed a leak about a month later, they came right out the next day and corrected the problem at no charge. I have not had a problem with it since. In my experience, I have found them to be a 1st rate company and will continue to call upon them when issues arise that they can handle.

My mom (who is 93) has used this company for a few years. They are HONEST and respond quickly when they are called.
